Voice to Story: Podcasting Workshop (Part 1)

Voice to Story is the first part of a podcasting workshop series where children explore how ideas become engaging audio stories.

Led by Naved Farooqui, this workshop focuses on the foundations of podcasting — identifying stories, structuring narratives, and writing scripts that hold attention. Participants learn how to shape ideas into episodes using elements such as tone, pacing, and narrative flow.

Children work on voice exercises and delivery, understanding how expression, clarity, and timing influence how a story is heard. Through guided practice, they explore how to build narrative arcs and communicate ideas effectively through sound.

This workshop establishes the core principle that podcasting is not just about speaking, but about designing an experience for the listener.
