Playtronica: Sound, Touch, and Interaction is a hands-on workshop where children explore how sound can be created through touch, material, and conductivity.

Participants use Playtronica MIDI controllers connected to laptops, speakers, and everyday objects such as fruits, vegetables, metal bowls, and plants. Using alligator clamps, they build interactive systems where touch triggers sound.

Children experiment with different materials to understand how conductivity affects tone, rhythm, and response. Water, metal, and organic surfaces become instruments, turning the workshop into a playful exploration of sound and interaction.

What children explore:

• Sound creation through touch and conductivity

• Interactive systems using Playtronica

• Material-based sound variation (plants, water, metal)

• Rhythm and improvisation through experimentation
