Frame to Film is the second part of the mobile filmmaking workshop, where planned ideas are brought to life through production, editing, and presentation.

Led by Akshita Vohra along with a team of facilitators, this session builds directly on the storyboards created in Day 1. Participants begin by refining their scripts and rehearsing scenes, ensuring clarity before moving into production.

Working in their teams, children shoot their films using mobile devices, experimenting with camera movement, framing, and natural lighting. Facilitators guide them through real-time problem-solving, helping them adapt their plans to practical constraints.

Once filming is complete, participants move into editing — assembling their footage using in-device tools, shaping pacing, and refining narrative flow.

The workshop concludes with a screening session, where each group presents their film. Through peer feedback and reflection, children gain insight into both the process and the outcome.

This workshop emphasizes execution — showing how ideas evolve through making, collaboration, and iteration.
